How to Use Opus

With Opus, you can:

See all your upcoming lessons and classes, along with exact time, location, teacher, room etc.
Manage your payment methods
Keep your contact information up to date
Register for classes, events, and recitals
Cancel private lessons & book make-ups

To cancel and/or schedule a make-up a lesson, follow these directions.

Login to your Client/Student Portal Account using the credentials you created at your time of enrollment.
Once on your profile, scroll to your schedule and find the date you are unable to attend. Click “Cancel.”
Read through and agree to the terms and conditions, then confirm your cancellation.
Please note that if you are trying to cancel a lesson in a future month, the system will require you to pay that month’s invoice in advance.
To schedule a make-up lesson, continue scrolling down to your “Credits.”
Select a credit and press “Use.” This will take you to the Self-Booking Page where you will be able to look through days and times an instructor is available.
Select any instructor.
Look through their availability and select a time that works for you.
Click “Booking” and then “Book Now.”
Read through and accept the terms and conditions.
Confirm your Make-Up Lesson.
