Yeah sure, we may not be in an actual garage, but that doesn’t mean we can’t take it back to grunge with raw, energetic rock! Future rockstars will recreate the sound of those infamous bands that started at home before taking the world by storm. We can already hear the faint cries of someone upstairs yelling “turn that music down!!!!”

Ever wonder what happens when Broadway raids your favorite playlist? Welcome to Showstoppers: Jukebox Musicals, where iconic radio hits get the spotlight treatment — big vocals, bigger drama, and enough glitter to make a disco ball jealous. We’re talking ABBA, Frankie Vallie, Pat Benatar, Green Day — all reimagined into full-blown musical numbers thanks to shows like Mamma Mia!, Jersey Boys, and Head Over Heels. Campers will sing, dance, and strut like they’re headlining their own pop-powered musical. So grab your mic (hairbrush works) and get ready to turn those chart-toppers into showstoppers. It’s your time to shine — with jazz hands, obviously.

Come get groovy with us all week long as summer camp meets music festival (mud not included).

Frost your tips, grab that rhinestone mic — it’s time for Pop Star Party, where we’re turning up the volume on all your favorite Y2K bangers. We’re talking Britney. Backstreet. NSYNC. Christina. Destiny’s Child. (plus a few more icons for good measure). Campers will sparkle their way through the week channeling their inner teen idols and stadium superstars. Think music videos meets dance rehearsal meets your bedroom mirror concert at age 11 — but with backup dancers.

We’re all in this together as campers take the stage to defy gravity and seize the day. Campers will spend the weeks building confidence and celebrating their uniqueness as bit by bit they’re putting together a showcase of musical theatre moments that will have you shouting “I wanna be a producer!”. The week will cover vocal production, movement (choreography and staging), audition techniques, and storytelling with some of Atlanta’s best stage professionals.

Campers will join us on a journey through time (and celebrate the music worth waiting for) as we play the best popular songs from a dozen different decades! Let’s learn the tunes, culture, and styles of yesterday and today!

Students will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of what it looks like to capture sound with real-life audio pros! Not only will campers learn new songs and jam together, they will have the chance to record a demo and take home their professionally mixed track! From listening parties to studio sessions, this is sure to be 3 days of fun, filled to the brim with sweet ear candy.
